Personal
Leann is a Tennessee native having been born and raised in the local area. My youth was filled with extra-curricular activities and organization centered around school, church and athletics. I have a strong background in Banking, having worked many years in the industry before becoming a Realtor. Leann's dream was to have a farm and lots of horses and animals and finally that has come true several years ago. Leann married her husband and they currently have 20 horses, several dogs and cats and two wonderful kids. Current hobbies of mine include spending time with the family, traveling, playing with all my animals, and volunteering with various youth programs and organizations, Leann is currently serving as the Vice President for the Girls Basketball team and teaches a Wednesday night Youth class.

Lyn is a Georgia native, but migrated to the mountains of Colorado after college where she was a horse trail guide in Rocky Mountain National Park. She then moved on to the slopes of Steamboat Springs working for the Sheraton Hotel Corporation in Sales & Marketing, and skiing the powdered slopes whenever possible. In 1986, she moved to the Denver area and started Pierce Davis Advertising, working with clay animation commercials and national television advertising. She also opened 2 horse tack shops in Parker, Colorado. In 1995, she made the move to Nashville towards the music industry (what else?), and got her license in real estate. Because of her love of horses, she now specializes in equestrian properties, land and farms, but excels in representing buyers and sellers with residential and commercial properties as well. Lyn loves to scuba dive, snow ski, and ride her horses (when not showing properties). Lyn has 3 Part Andalusians, 1 lovely golden pinto mare w/blue eyes, and 9 miniature horses.
